How about another post with a nice photo and not much else to say! These are the gorgeous dogwood trees in front of our local library. I much prefer the picture from the underside of the tree with the otherwise bare branches. The photos I took from the topside are not nearly as interesting.

I've been sick with major allergies, or something for about a week and a half, and I've been feeling wretched. I'm sick of being sick. I'm NOT a good sick person at all. I just have too much to do, and no time for sickness!

Not that I'm getting much of anything done. I've been working, and I manage to rally for that and for the kid stuff like making dinner and getting them to school, but otherwise I just want to lie in bed all day, take advil and drink tea and nap a lot. I'm so exhausted.

I'm also feeling a little bit guilty for being glad that my kids are going to be hanging out at a local festival with their bio-dad all weekend and I will be here alone at home with my hubby and I won't have to do anything. There... a bad mom confession for ya! How bout that!?
