On sunscreen...

You know that you are one pasty-ass white girl when you see this on the shelf at Wal-mart and feel like doing a happy dance there in the aisle

On an only semi-related note. I was with my children at their swimming lessons the other day and I was rummaging around in the cavernous bag that holds all my children's swim equipment. The ONLY sunscreen i had in the bag was an acceptable 30 spf... except for one thing, it had SPARKLES in it.

My son was not amused.

His big sister thought about it a moment, put her arm around his shoulders and said in a very somber and serious voice... "Y'know...it takes a real man to wear sparkles!"

BWAHAHAHAHA!
